At Nuraa Essentials, we are committed to providing high-quality products that support your sacred journey. Due to the personal nature of our body care products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any purchased items.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or personal preference.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number along with photographs of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue.

Where a product is confirmed to be damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Product Information

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and ingredient information before purchasing. As individual skin types and sensitivities vary, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for reactions, allergies, or dissatisfaction with a product once it has been used.
